Billing & Refund Policy

1. Purchasing and using credits

Credits are MysticalOrb's internal usage units. Each completed AI interpretation consumes a stated number of credits. Credit packs are purchased by bank transfer and are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.

Purchased credits do not expire.

2. Refunds

Credits consumed by a completed interpretation are not refundable for cash. They represent a digital service that has already been delivered and used.

If a payment is processed incorrectly, such as a debit without the corresponding credits, contact us with the order reference so we can investigate and resolve it.

3. Automatic credit restoration after a failed reading

If an interpretation cannot be completed because of a system error, such as an unavailable AI service, its credits are automatically restored to your account. Failed interpretations are not charged.

4. Payment processing

Bank-transfer payments are processed through SePay (sepay.vn). The payment information we process is described in our Privacy Policy under “Payment data”.

If international payment methods or recurring subscriptions are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to describe the applicable billing and refund terms.
